Accessibility Statement

Our Commitment

eSIMFree.org is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards.

We believe that connectivity is a universal right, and accessing our information about free eSIMs should be easy regardless of technology or ability.

Conformance Status

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA.

eSIMFree.org is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Partially conformant means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the accessibility standard, primarily due to third-party integrations.

Measures We Take

To ensure accessibility, we have implemented the following technical measures:

• Semantic HTML: We use proper heading structures and landmarks to help screen reader users navigate.
• Keyboard Navigation: All interactive elements (links, buttons, forms) are accessible using a keyboard.
• Color Contrast: We maintain a high contrast ratio between text and background colors to aid users with visual impairments.
• Text Resizing: The site is built using relative units, allowing text to scale up to 200% without breaking the layout.
• Focus Indicators: We use high-visibility focus rings to help users track their position on the page.

Known Limitations

Despite our best efforts, users may experience some limitations:

• Third-Party eSIM Widgets: Some embedded tools or frames provided by external telecom carriers may not fully support keyboard navigation. We do not control the code of these external widgets.
• PDF Documents: Some older guides available as PDF downloads may not yet be fully tagged for screen readers.
